Meet Nikki

If you are here, you may be grieving a loss that has changed the shape of your world. I want you to know that you are not alone.
Nurturing Grief was created from both personal experience and professional training. When my own family faced profound loss, I learned how grief doesn’t follow a timeline — and how the support around us often fades while our pain remains. I wanted to create the kind of ongoing, compassionate support we once needed: a space where every story is honoured and healing can unfold at its own pace.
A Pathway to Emotional Growth
Grief coaching offers a supportive and forward-focused space to help you navigate life after loss. It is not about fixing grief or rushing you through it. Instead, we work together to:
- Explore what you’re feeling with acceptance and curiosity
- Build emotional resilience and confidence in daily life
- Discover new sources of meaning, connection, and hope
- Develop practical tools to support your wellbeing
Whether you are grieving a loved one, a relationship, a beloved pet, or adjusting to a major life change, I will meet you exactly where you are — without expectation, pressure, or judgement.
I am a certified Grief Coach, trained in Life After Loss through The STILL Method, with professional accreditation from ACCPH and IPHM. I also hold a Certification of Excellence recognised by IAOTH, IPHM, and CMA.
My work is grounded in Trauma-Informed Care, supported by further training with The STILL Method. In addition, I volunteer as a trained listener with a national charity, offering compassionate support to those navigating difficult emotional experiences.
This combination of professional training and real-world listening experience allows me to support you with empathy, steadiness, and informed, sensitive care.

How we can work together
I offer one-to-one grief coaching in a way that feels safe and accessible for you — either online or in person. All sessions are confidential and guided by your needs, your pace, and your story.
At Nurturing Grief, my philosophy is grounded in empathy, active listening, and partnership. I walk alongside you — not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who understands the courage it takes to rebuild after loss.
You deserve a space to feel, to speak, to breathe — and to be supported. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you.
