If you are here, you may be grieving a loss that has changed the shape of your world. I want you to know that you are not alone.

Nurturing Grief was created from both personal experience and professional training. When my own family faced profound loss, I learned how grief doesn’t follow a timeline — and how the support around us often fades while our pain remains. I wanted to create the kind of ongoing, compassionate support we once needed: a space where every story is honoured and healing can unfold at its own pace.

Grief Coaching – A Pathway to Emotional Growth

Grief Coaching – A Pathway to Emotional Growth. Grief coaching at Nurturing Grief blends compassion with structured, evidence-informed techniques designed to support you after loss. The approach is trauma-informed, prioritising safety, choice, and agency while you build resilience and meaning—what to expect in sessions: a collaborative, paced process with goals tailored to you. Core modalities include: Reflective journaling prompts to process thoughts, emotions, and continuing bonds; grounding and emotional regulation exercises for nervous system balance; gentle cognitive reframing to reframe unhelpful thoughts; values and meaning-based exercises to reconnect with what matters. Evidence-informed outcomes: increased emotional steadiness, better management of difficult feelings, clearer next steps, and renewed hope over a typical course of 4–6 sessions.

I am a certified Grief Coach, trained in Life After Loss through The STILL Method, and Certified Excellence, with professional accreditation from ACCPH, IPHM, IAOTH, CMA.

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, shaped by specialist training through The STILL Method in Trauma-Informed Practitioner Training, Emotional Regulation Practitioner Training, and Life After Loss Grief Coach Practitioner Training. This means I work with a strong focus on emotional safety, trust, consent, and choice—ensuring sessions move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.

Alongside my professional practice, I have also been a listening volunteer with a national charity since 2019, offering compassionate, non-judgmental support to people navigating grief, loss and other difficult emotional experiences. This combination of professional training and real-world listening experience allows me to support you with empathy, steadiness, and informed, sensitive care.

How we can work together

I offer one-to-one grief coaching in a way that feels safe, supportive, and accessible for you — either online or in person. Every session is confidential and guided by your needs, your pace, and your story.

At Nurturing Grief, my philosophy is grounded in empathy, active listening, and partnership. I walk alongside you — not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who understands the courage it takes to rebuild after loss.

Before committing to coaching, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This allows us to talk about what has brought you here, explore how I may be able to support you, and answer any questions you may have — with no pressure or obligation. If we decide to work together, we will arrange future sessions at times that feel mutually convenient.

Your privacy and trust are important to me. Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality, and any personal information is handled securely and in line with current data protection standards.

You deserve a space to feel, to speak, to breathe — and to be supported. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.
